Will she learn to like her new toys?

My girl seems a little uninterested in her new conure sized toys I bought, I was wondering if she will start to like them once she becomes confident enough to hang off of them, ect? She could also still be a little afraid of the big scary toys.
The breeder over-clipped her, and I feel once she gets her wings back and I give her a proper clip she may be confident enough to hang on her toys?

She might, she might not. Give it some time, move them around after a little while. Some might be unsettling to her since they're new and she'll feel better about them once she gets used to them, but some things she might never like.

Tihota has this one toy in his cage that he's never even touched. It's been in there for the entire time I've had him. I've moved its position a couple times but he just doesn't care... it's honestly just cage "decoration" at this point and I should probably be using that space for something he'll actually play with.

I have made the mistake a few times of buying toys that were WAY too big for Levi and he will not touch them. Now I have a pile of too big toys collecting dust.

Birds are weird about their toys. Sometimes a toy will hang in the cage for weeks untouched and then suddenly became favorite. Or a new toy is the enemy and must be removed.
In general as baby's they don't always play a lot right away. It's not unusual for a few months to go by before a baby starts enjoying toys.
Small piniata chew toys or yucca, paper toys, a swing, that kind of thing might be good to start.

The official answer is "maybe." They are mercurial creatures, and there is NO predicting what they will love/hate at any moment. Things that should be guaranteed wins you will lose with, and things that should be duds will become favorites. Crystal balls are more accurate than parrotlet toy predictions.

So just buy a toy you love, but pretend to hate it when you put it in the cage and it might throw them off. Sometimes you have to play double agent with your Parrotlet!
