I just cleaned his nose with paper towel and aloe juice.
It is just wet,no blood. The nostril is enlarged, but as far as i can see it looks clean and pink on the inside.

I haven't seen that before, but just like with people, a persistent runny nose could signal a respiratory infection. Please take him to the vet.

here are some better pictures.
first picture is made yesterday afternoon, second picture is from this morning before cleaning, third picture is from today after cleaning it this morning, it still looks the same.
he is also getting some new feathers above his nose, maybe this is irritating him? causing him to rub his nose against the perches?

My advice remains the same: go to the vet. I've never seen that much nasal discharge from a bird.

Hello!

Run Run Run as fast as you can to a vet. The vet should take a sample and look at it under the scope.

Usually a discharge affects both nostrils if there is a lung problem.
A few months ago, my Bogie had a growth near the same spot and while I was at the vets, I looked at some pictures of sick birds and saw a pic that looked just like your pic. I just can't remember what the problem was in that pic. Sorry. Do have it checked out.

I'm so sorry about your grandmother, I hope she is not in pain.
As soon as you are able it would still be a good idea to take him in and see what they think was going on. Keep us posted on the little guy.
