can parrotlets breed in the same room as other birds?

I have a pair of breeding conures that are settled in and I wanted to setup a breeding cage for the parrotlets and put them on top of the conure cage with a divider of course so neither of them can see each other. Would the 2 pairs be fine with breeding hearing each other or would the parrotlets need their own room?

Maybe. I hear that certain species of birds (parrotlets being one of them) do better if they hear the same species but not see them. I've also heard the same thing regarding different species of parrots breeding in the same room if they're native to the same area.

As I understand it there are numerous breeders of parrotlets that also breed other small species and set them up in the same bird room. I've certainly seen multiple species of smaller parrots being breed that were housed in the same room, garage, and so on. Best of luck to you!
