Yes, that's what they get morning and evening, plus a dry mix at mid-day, or the dry mix could be put in the cage when leaving for school or work, removing the fresh food. The dry mix is sometimes sprouted grains, sometimes a dry grain mix, plus whole flax seeds (a small amount), and Harrison's pellets, Lifetime formula, in a separate bowl.

I'm now cooking the legumes (any 2 or 3 of these: mung, lentil, adzuki, garbanzo, dried pea) after soaking all night, then food processing them and freezing in 3 day portion sizes. I only have to prepare the legumes about once every two months. Then, I just add the sprouted or overnight soaked grains, the fresh vegetable mix and the fruit.

Ok... I'm a little confused. What are sprouted legumes? And do you cook the legumes before hand? Or... yeah, confused. XD

Legumes are the beans she mentioned... dried mung beans, dried lentils, dried adzuki beans, dried garbanzo beans, dried peas...then you soak them over night , drain and allow to sprout ( search sprouting in this forum and it will tell you how. ) You can feed the sprouted legumes either raw or cooked...chopped or whole. You can also soak them overnight and then cook them without sprouting .

Thank you for your information and photos.
Just a couple of questions... I've never used mago or papaya..... do you include the seeds or just the meat of the fruit?
And the grains you add......what all is in that dish?
Thanks again.

I don't know about mangoes, but papaya seeds are good Rydia(my conure) loves them, and they've got a bit of a peppery taste.
