Which Vision cage for a baby?

Preparing for a new Parrotlet, and decided on getting a Vision cage for the first few months, then getting an HQ Victorian cage for a permanent home. I wanted the large L01 but is that too big for a baby?

I went into a little more detail in your other thread, it's not to big but I would say if it's a starter cage consider a small or medium, because you might find it easier to travel with it or take it outside etc....

As a side not, I have the L01 and one of my Parrotlet lives in it full time. It is fine for her.
